Yesterday our staff gathered at the Asheville Botanical Gardens and explored our core value of nurturing. We talked about how much of a difference it can make when everything we do in our lives and in our work comes from a place of flowing intuitively and caring truly.
We nurture our selves by allowing ourselves space when we need it, by making time even when we feel like we don’t have any, and listening to the needs of body and mind.
We nurture our selves so we may nurture others.
We nurture others by showing up for them and holding a sacred space where anyone can allow themselves to be healed, to be heard, to be seen, or simply to be.
Today we ask ourselves:
How can I nurture others?
What do I need to do to allow myself to be nurtured by others?
For a practice in the act of nurturing, each member of our staff planted seeds that will one day grace the flower beds in front of the spa. A few seemingly small acts of nourishment will some day be bursting with color and it will be made so much more vibrant from the care we put into each individual seed. 🤗 Be sure to be on the lookout for our flowery additions over the coming weeks! 🌸
We are also so excited about a special project we’ve been working on—a set of videos shot and edited by @getlouderproductions.
[Also a special thank you to @sowtrueseed for providing the seeds for our future flower bed!]
