 The Power of the Circle

A 6-Week Collaborative Leadership Training For Women

with Luna Ray, Laura Billings, and the When Women Come to Pray Community.
Join us for healing, upliftment, togetherness and vision post Hurricane Helene

Sundays, November 10 - December 15, 2024
3:00 - 6:00 PM

For thousands of years people have gathered in circles to heal, learn, survive, thrive and sustain harmony in community.  The circles hold space for listening to your own heart of wisdom, grieving, learning and healing on a deeper level. This space doesn’t critique and is not intended to be intellectually analyzing or deconstructing but hearing spiritually. I believe our current culture is asking us to use the old ways to support a new paradigm of being and working together.

As we learn and lead in this new way, we bring with us more peace, connection and healing in these challenging times.

This training will provide a deep and intimate experience of collaborative leadership and collaborative vision. You will gather more understanding of yourself , and all the tools and skills you need to facilitate and model empowered leadership. This can be used in your family circles, corporate circles, yoga circles, one on one relationships, community projects, and even with nature. You will experience ways of being with people in a more skillful and connected way.

Dec. 1 - The Taoist Leader

“THE wise leader is like water. Consider water: water cleanses and refreshes all creatures without distinction and without judgment; water freely and fearlessly goes deep beneath the surface of things; water is fluid and responsive; water follows the law freely. Consider the leader: the leader works in any setting without complaint, with any person or issue that comes on the floor; the leader acts so that all will benefit and serves well regardless of the rate of pay; the leader speaks simply and honestly and intervenes in order to shed light and create harmony. From watching the movements of water, the leader has learned that in action, timing is everything. Like water, the leader is yielding. Because the leader does not push, the group does not resent or resist.”
