Sing for Spring - "It's not about how it sounds, it's about how it feels".
Songs are medicine, and singing together in community is an accessible cross-cultural and ancient practice that opens our hearts, helps us feel and heal, and can even quiet the mind. When our voices come together in sacred song, we can restore and remember goodness in our individual beings and in the collective.
Luna and friends will teach songs that are easy to learn, empowering and prayerful. We will mostly use our voices with some percussion, light strings, and a whole lot of soul. The evening will be a supportive atmosphere for exploring your voice, meditating and community building.

"I have a deep curiosity, and passion for supporting people to heal, change and thrive. My authentic presence, life experiences and creative spirit provide safety and ease for others. When we feel safe, we relax, and then we can find true connection; to ourselves, to each other, and possibly to something larger. This builds body, mind, spirit resilience, and changes how we think and feel. Inevitably this leads one to a more fulfilling, and meaningful life." -Luna
