  • Tuition is fully refundable minus a $35 admin fee if cancelled with more than two weeks notice. Tuition is 50% refundable if cancelled within two weeks of the course start date. Tuition is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hrs of the course start date. 

  • Attendance is important to ensure you receive the full benefit of the workshop and fulfill the required hours for CE credit. If you miss any hours, please contact the instructor or course coordinator to discuss options for making up the missed time. Some make-up opportunities may be available, but they will depend on the workshop’s specific policies.

  • There are quite a few options in our area depending on what kind of experience you are looking for. We are only 5 minutes from downtown, if you prefer to be in a larger hotel and able to walk around to restaurants in the evenings. If you are looking for an air bnb experience, the neighborhood we are in is called Haw Creek (our address is 946 Tunnel Rd Asheville, 28805), Most of the air bnbs in our area require transportation.

  • You’ll need to bring comfortable clothing, a notebook and pen for taking notes, and any personal items you require throughout the day. For bodywork sessions, we recommend wearing or bringing loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. If specific items are needed, we will provide a detailed list before the workshop.

  • Yes! We have EarthLite tables available on site for all of our massage continuing education classes.

  • For bodywork demonstrations and practice, students are encouraged to undress to their level of comfort. Draping will always be used to ensure your privacy and comfort.

  • Yes, there are bathrooms available for changing. We recommend bringing a robe or sarong for added convenience and comfort between sessions. This will allow for easy transitions during bodywork demonstrations and practice.

  • At the end of the workshop, you’ll receive a survey, once you have completed the survey you will receive your CE certificate via email. If you don’t receive your certificate within a week after the workshop, please contact us at learn@stillpointwell.com to assist you in retrieving it.

  • Yes, pregnant participants are welcome to attend our workshops. We always encourage you to check with your healthcare provider to ensure it is safe for you to participate. We can make any necessary modifications during hands-on activities to ensure your comfort and safety.

  • Meals are not typically provided unless otherwise noted in the workshop details. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and meals, and we can recommend nearby restaurants or cafes.

  • Prerequisites vary depending on the workshop. Some require prior bodywork training or certifications, while others are open to all levels of experience. Please check the workshop description for any specific prerequisites or recommended experience.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for ease of movement.

  • Please inform us ahead of time if you have any medical conditions or special needs that we should be aware of to make your experience more comfortable. We will do our best to accommodate any necessary adjustments to ensure you have a safe and positive experience.
